Arsenal Win Two Awards for March Performance.

Wenger and Giroud Win Awards

He could not snap up the PFA Fans' Player Award for the Month of March as it was won by Harry Kane of Tottenham but right now, he has gotten  something to be happy about.

Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud has been named the Barclays Premier League Player of the Month of March and Arsene Wenger, the Barclays Premier League Manager of the same Month. Giroud ensured that Kane didn't win the honour three times in a row.

Even though their side crashed out of the UEFA Champions League in that same month, a series of outstanding performances gave two Arsenal representatives the opportunity to add to their personal accolade cabinets.

The Gunners under the management of Arsene Wenger won all four League games [Everton, Queens Park Rangers, Westham United and Newcastle United] last month in which Giroud scored five and assisted one. They now have a wide chance of finishing in the top four having secured third position in the last few weeks.

Thia is the 14th time the Arsenal boss will win the award in his 19-year reign at the club.

Olivier Giroud was also voted the Arsenal Player of the Month of March. He has bagged 13 league goals and 3 assist this season and would be hoping to increase that tally in Arsenal's last eight games of the season which include games against Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United.

Congrats Arsenal! Congrats Arsene Wenger! Congrats Olivier Giroud! Congrats France! More to come!
