The North-London derby is drawing closer and we are currently having a high number of key players who are unlikely to make the game.

Against Ludogorets, we were without Santi Cazorla, Theo Walcott, Hector Bellerin and Nacho Monreal and it looks as if their absence will stretch on to our next match.

Arsene Wenger's comments at his press conference established the fact that none of these aforementioned stars is out on the long term even though he failed to give any definite return dates.

One may feel that the current team is so strong that they will not have to struggle against Spurs but what we saw in defence last night isn't what we can refer to as an ideal back four. The absence of Bellerin and Monreal was greatly felt and should the duo not make the derby, we would be in for serious pressure.

As for Cazorla and Walcott, we can manage to cope without them for we have a bunch of players who can stand in and perform extraordinarily while they are still unavailable.

That being said, it will be an additional boost for us if any of these guys return since with our present squad, we are still far better than those noisy neighbours we have.

Let's just hope we get some positive news on the injury front before our game on Sunday.
