During a question and answer session, Olivier Giroud gave a response which shows he is on the same side with many Arsenal fans.
Antoine Griezmann is said to be eager to leave Atletico Madrid for either Arsenal or Manchester United.
So far, it has been clear that Arsene Wenger will not make a move for him, hence, only the Red Devils are left in the race.
Several Arsenal fans have lamented the looming loss of Griezmann to a rival. His quality is something everyone would long to see in their team. Even Giroud is aware of the forward's class.
The Frenchman when asked to reveal the player from his national team who he will love to see at the Emirates replied: 'Maybe Griezmann'.
Giroud is not concerned with the competition the arrival of a new forward will cause. After all, he still found his way back into the team after Alexis served as a threat to his spot.
Unfortunately, this dream (Giroud's wish of Griezmann joining Arsenal) might never come to realisation since representatives of the player have been in talks with United for many months and are close to finalising a transfer.
