Arsenal Fitness Update Ahead of Hull Game and Tragedy in the Footballing World.

Arsene Wenger faced the press on Thursday and revealed the latest fitness news ahead of Arsenal's trip to Hull this Sunday.

Kieran Gibbs has been ruled out of the tie but his counterpart at left-back should recover on time to face the FA Cup finalists. Mesut Ozil could be available, according to the manager. Series of tests will be conducted to determine his inclusion.

Wenger stated it would be great to have Ozil back because he is good at creating goalscoring chances. Mathieu Flamini is back from suspension so is available. That's all on team news.

The footballing world lost one of its members on Friday morning in person of Dylan Tombides. Westham United announced the 20-year old died after a brave struggle with cancer. He is the guy in a Westham jersey below.

Tombides was diagnosed with testicular cancer back in 2011. He has made only one senior appearance for his side since signing as a 15-year old. The Australia-born footballer will be greatly missed.

There will be a one-minute applause in his honour at Westham's home game against Crystal Palace today. May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
