The Arsenal midfielder who was no doubt one of the best for his side in the just concluded season was said to be having a thigh injury which will require an operation but The Welshman has denied such claims.
The midfielder was out for about 3 months due to this same problem but he stated he has now fully recovered from it and that he needs no further medical attention.
‘Please ignore any stories about me needing surgery. They are completely false. I’m enjoying my summer and already can’t wait for pre-season,’ he tweeted.
During Rambo's absence, Arsenal recorded some woeful results which included heavy defeats from Liverpool and Chelsea. This played a major role in their slide from the top of the EPl table. His return brought back the spark the team needed. His winning goal against Hull at Wembley on May 17 helped Arsenal end their 9 year wait for a trophy.
Wenger is now looking to build the team round Ramsey who we all know is a skilled midfielder who has got a brighter future ahead. He scored 16 goals in the 2013/14 season..
