UEFA Champions League: Arsenal Injury News Ahead of Galatasaray Clash.

As Arsenal prepare to take on Galatasaray in the Champions League on Wednesday, Arsene Wenger has revealed the latest on the injury front.

Arsenal had been seriously plagued by injuries in recent years and this season has not been an exemption. Before the North-London derby, Olivier Giroud, Mathieu Debuchy, Theo Walcott, Serge Gnabry, Nacho Monreal and others were on the team's injury list. Matters got worse for the Gunners as they recorded three others from the match against Tottenham.

Aaaron Ramsey was substituted in the first half of that encounter because he had an issue with his hamstring. He will be out of action for a period of four weeks but if things work out as planned, three weeks should be the maximum. The Welshman should be back some days after the coming international break.

Mikel Arteta is another player who was injured at the weekend. His is a calf problem and he is to return a bit ahead of Ramsey. Jack Wilshere who got an ankle strain from the Spurs game is in the team but the manager is not quite sure if he would play. He dropped Abou Diaby because the injury-prone Frenchman is not yet at full fitness.

Oh Yeah!! Someone is coming back. He is like a new signing. That person is no other than Theo James Walcott. We have missed him for nine months now but now we can say 'Yah Gah'. He will begin training by next week. I do not expect to see him in the first team so soon. Maybe some U21 games first then we go from there.

No point gained by Arsenal in the Champions League so far this season. They lost their first game to Dortmund and tomorrow is an opportunity for them to make amends but until then, I say 'Goodbye'.
