Arsenal Midfielder Wins PFA Fans' Player Award.

Santi Cazorla has won the PFA Fans' Player Award for the Month of December. The 30-year-old shoved competition from Andy Caroll, Charlie Austin, Cesc Fabregas, Harry Kane and David De Gea to clinch the award.

Cazorla scored four goals and assisted one for Arsenal last month thereby helping his side increase their hopes of finishing in the first four. A penalty goal at the Britannia was first, followed by a brace on his birthday against Newcastle United.

An assist for Olivier Giroud followed against Liverpool before the Spanish international wrapped up a super month with a spot kick in Arsenal's 2-1 win over Westham United.

The PFA Fans' Player Award is one in which fans vote for the player they think was the most outstanding every month. It is endorsed by the players and clubs in the league.

Arsenal players are representing their side so well. Alexis Sanchez won it in November which means the awards for the last two month are both for the North-London club.
