Arsenal to Face Championship Side in FA Cup 4th Round.


Arsene Wenger's side progressed into the next phase of the FA Cup after trashing Hull City 2-0 on Sunday. Goals from Per Mertesacker and Alexis Sanchez were the catalyst.

Arsenal have now been handed Brighton & Hove in the fourth round of the FA Cup. The draw was held tonight.

Arsenal's last six games in the competition have been played at the Emirates Stadium but this time, they will have to face the Championship side away at the Amex Stadium.

The last meeting between these two clubs came in the fourth round of the tournament back then in January 2013. The Gunners won 3-2 with a brace from Olivier Giroud and a late winner from Theo Walcott who came on as a substitute.

The ties for the FA Cup fourth round will be played over the weekend of January 24 and 25. We will keep you updated when the dates get allocated.
