There seems to be a lot of focus on the game between Manchester City and Arsenal. Another prediction has just arrived but this time, it is not Michael Owen who has stated his opinion.
A legend of Tottenham Hotspur, Glenn Hoddle has predicted at least a draw in Arsenal's favour as the result for the clash at Etihad. This is a bit different from Owen's who did not give the Gunners any hope of getting one point.
“Despite Arsenal’s frailties, I do fancy them to get a draw at City,” Hoddle wrote in The Daily Mail.
“Both sides have a growing sense of confidence, which suggests it should be an excellent game.
“But I feel Arsenal are now on a par with the best sides going forward and with Aaron Ramsey and Mesut Ozil back in contention, they have real game-changers to come off the bench, more so than City.
“Santi Cazorla has been superb in the past few weeks and Alexis Sanchez lifts the whole team to a higher level of performance. With Koscielny back to give a little more confidence to the back four, I think they can at least avoid defeat.”
The Queens Park Rangers manager has got the same view as I do. They may say we are vulnerabke in defence at the moment but we've got a very strong attack. The return of Mesut Ozil and Aaron Ramsey will add to our already dangerous attacking flow.
At right back, Bellerin should be able to replace the injured Debuchy and deal with pressure from the defending champions. Koscielny is also in central defence to do the dirty jobs so there is nothing to fear. I don't think they are superior to us. It's not all about having the big names in your team. That does not win matches. If we don't fret against them then I see us having a point as compensantion at worst.
