£50Million-Rated Midfielder Says He Wants to Be at Arsenal.

A Good Wembley morning to you all! Guess you are already anticipating the outcome of our FA Cup final clash against Villa today. Just keep the faith and support the Gunners!!!

In the news today is Aaron Ramsey's interview with Sky Sports where he played down rumours linking him with a £50million summer transfer to Barcelona.

The Spanish side have reportedly sent out scouts to watch the Welshman when the Premier League season was still ongoing even though they are still serving a transfer ban placed on them.

They are lining up a move for the Arsenal midfielder as a potential replacement for Xavi Hernandez who is set to bid the club farewell but in a recent chat, the 24-year-old said that the links are mere speculations and that he is not moved by them at all.

"No, not at this time. I'm focusing on the FA Cup so that's what appeals to me at this moment in time," Ramsey said.

"That's just something that's been written in the papers. I'm focused on Arsenal and winning the FA Cup.

"That sort of news doesn't affect me or even enter my mind."

Ramsey further stated that all he is concerned about is to help his side win the FA Cup just like he did last season when he grabbed an extra time winner to give his side the victory against Hull who were initially two goals ahead.

"It's another opportunity to win the FA Cup. To score the winner last year, that was just a dream come true and hopefully I can relive that again," Ramsey said.

"I think I've grown up even more. I've learnt some more things this year and hopefully I'm always improving throughout my career."

The Wales international midfielder still has a whopping four years left on his current contract.
