Arsenal stole the show at the first ever Facebook Football Awards which was held in London on Tuesday night. The North-London club succeeded in getting four out of the slots on offer. Millions of fans from all over the universe voted for their choices.
Alexis Sanchez who has been on top form since making a transfer from Barcelona won the Player of the Year as well as the Content of the Year awards. The Chilean forward won the Content of the Year Award as a result of the impressive dribbling techniques he exhibited at a pre-match warm-up at the Emirates Stadium.
Arsene Wenger was adjudged Manager of the Year despite finishing third in the Premier League. Arsenal also won the award for the Club of the Year.
Tottenham Hotspur's Harry Kane was named the Young Player of the Year while Club Performance of the Year and Player Performance of the Year went to Sunderland and David Silva respectively.
The winners were not physically present but decided to receive their prizes via video. Several celebrities from different spheres were in attendance. Some of them include Ian Wright, Michael Owen, Sam Warburton, Rachel Riley, Simon Webbe, Robert Pires, Lee Dixon, Robbie Savage among many others.

Arsene Wenger received his accolade from Arsenal legend Ian Wright while Sanchez's was presented to him by Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
