There was a news last week claiming that Arsenal have agreed personal terms with Arturo Vidal over a summer transfer to North-London.
Vidal's agent, Fernando Felicevich was reportedly in London earlier in the month where he had a negotiation with Arsenal and agreed a four-year contract, pending a transfer for the Chile international.
Many Arsenal fans did not take this serious as they did not believe the club can act so fast and sign such a top quality player but with a recent leak from a reliable source, it may be real afterall.
Right now, there is another claim from that top source in South America stating that Vidal will arrive at Arsenal immediately after the Copa America tournament.
DirectTV, a popular sports channel in South America revealed the deal has already been done. A journalist from the station tweeted some nights ago that the deal will be officially announced after the Copa America.
"After the Copa America in Chile, it will be made ​​official the arrival of Arturo Vidal to Arsenal. Everything is closed. He will partner Alexis."
We might still want to doubt Feler's claim but before doing that, we should remember that this was the same guy who first announced Alexis Sanchez's transfer to Arsenal so this case might not be different.
I guess one factor that helped or would help this deal as the case may be is the fact that Sanchez who is a fellow compatriot to Vidal is at Arsenal. It would be nice seeing both of them playing together.
