Arsenal In Advanced Negotiations For Striker Transfer.

Lille are keen on bringing Arsenal forward, Yaya Sanogo to France. This is according to French media outlet Le10Sport who revealed that the Ligue 1 club want to sign the Frenchman on loan.

Since making an Arsenal switch from Auxerre in 2013, Sanogo has struggled to break into Arsene Wenger's team as a regular. He has managed just 20 games and scored just once.

He had to be loaned to Crystal Palace last January just to ensure he doesn't remain dormant at Arsenal. The move was also made to enable him gain more experience but unfortunately, he suffered a number of injuries at Palace. He featured in only eight games during the spell.

Lille are thought to be after Lorient’s Jordan Ayew and with Arsene Wenger having made contact with them over a possible loan deal for Sanogo, they might just be on the verge of completing a double transfer. Talks are still on.

A loan move will be the best for him at the moment because there is no use keeping him at Arsenal when he will not play. The competition in Wenger's squad is so tense right now and with the calibre of players we've got, he has no hopes of being involved for now.
