Petr Cech Impressed by Arsenal Fans and Players.

Petr Cech who won four Premier League titles and a Champions League trophy during his 11-year reign at Chelsea is confident he and his new teammates can stir Arsenal to success.

The 33-year-old goalkeeper completed an £11million switch to the Emirates after handing in a transfer request at Stamford Bridge and he believes Arsene Wenger's side has what it takes to be league Champions once again.

He did not also fail to mention his sweet experiences in his first few days as a Gunner. The fans and players have just been so amazing as they all welcomed him with lots of friendly messages.

“The last few days were really overwhelming,” Cech said. “The welcome messages from my team-mates and Arsenal fans were absolutely unbelievable.

“Last season it was a great season [for Arsenal], but there was something missing, just a little last jump over the hurdle. I believe this team has the potential to challenge for trophies.”

Cech's move from Chelsea was forced by his loss of the number one spot to Thibaut Courtois. He will be hoping to be a regular in the Arsenal team and this will for sure happen because he is far ahead of both Wojciech Szczesny and David Ospina when it comes to experience in the game of football.
