According to the Daily Mail, two first team players at Arsenal are prepared to make a sensational return to action as soon as the ongoing international break comes to an end.
Mikel Arteta and Mathieu Flamini have both been tipped to get back to full fitness before Arsenal face Watford this weekend and this means they will likely be included in the lineup.
Flamini who has gotten less game time of late made himself the hero of the night when he scored a brace in his side's Capital One Cup win over Tottenham Hotspur.
The Frenchman was also in the squad that started the game at the King Power Stadium but he did not last long as he had to be subbed as a result of an injury Arteta replaced him but also sustained a hamstring problem.
The away match at Leicester City was the last for the both. They missed defeat against Olympiacos in the Champions League and were not available for that mouthwatering win over Manchester United more than a week ago.
A lengthy return period was initially set but all fears have now been laid to rest as the duo will be fit in time to feature for the Gunners against Watford.
