Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger has revealed how he plans to deal with Bayern Munich when they visit the Emirates Stadium in two weeks time and also when his side travel to Germany for the return fixture.
Arsenal have failed to pick any point from their last two Champions League games and now that they are about to meet the toughest team in the group, the Frenchman wants them to replicate the same tactics they deployed in last Sunday's 3-0 win over Manchester United.
To increase their hopes of remaining in the competition, the Gunners have to get good results in their double legged clash with the Bundesliga giants. This cannot be achieved without maximum determination, according to Wenger.
“First of all, [how to beat Bayern is] by doing exactly what we have done against Manchester United, playing at a huge pace and by playing with the same belief and by not letting them dictate the game” Wenger told BEIN Sports
“Bayern likes to have the ball, they like to get you back and so we have to win the ball well and be very well-organised and to use our opportunities to go forward with the maximum pace.”
