Jack Wilshere Discloses Arsenal's Biggest Challenge this Season.

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere thinks the ability to make teams powerless whenever they visit the Emirates Stadium is the club's biggest task this season.

The Gunners secured a 2-1 victory over Everton on Saturday and occupied the top of the league table for less than twenty-four hours.

Having won their last four games in all competitions, Arsene Wenger's men are now being tipped by many to be serious title contenders but Wilshere who had been out injured for a while still believes they will have to do more if they are to keep the dream alive. The English international sees home consistency as the key to Arsenal's success this season.

In an interview with Sky Sports, the 23-year-old midfielder said: “Our biggest challenge this year will be when teams come to The Emirates and sit back and try and protect a result.

“We’ve got plays like Mesut [Ozil] and Alexis [Sanchez] who can break teams down.

“We seem to do that well when we score the first goal, we win the ball back high up the pitch.”

Arsenal will continue their season with a Capital One Cup 4th round fixture away at Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday night. They got ticket to progress after defeating Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 at White Hart Lane.

But wait! Why should Arsenal be playing Sheffield Wednesday on a Tuesday and not on Wednesday? Hahhahaha! Just kidding. Have a nice day.
