The 100m and 200m Olympic gold medalist made a bet with Mexican TC presenter, Patty Lopez de la Cerda who is an Arsenal fan. They went into this deal before the Arsenal vs Manchester United game which took place before the international break, and Bolt who was so confident his side were not going to lose agreed that if Arsenal wins, he will put on an Arsenal kit.
The Gunners gunned down the Devils, securing a 3-0 victory through Alexis Sanchez's brace and a goal from Mesut Ozil. This meant the track athlete had to swallow his pride and slot on that precious jersey with his name and number (set 100m record time) at the back.
Having done what he promised to do, Bolt took to Instagram and posted the picture with the caption: “So I lost a bet with @pattylopezdelac that man united would win but they didn’t so I have to pay up on my bet so sorry guys. #nothappy #seriousface (sic).”
