South American Star Set to Leave Arsenal in January

From what the tabloids have made us to believe, Arsenal may likely lose one of their best players by the time the mid-season transfer window officially opens in January.

Arsenal goalkeeper, David Ospina revealed in a recent interview that with the look of things at his present club, he will likely find it difficult to get the number of games he desires.

The Colombian international's future was initially in doubt at the Emirates Stadium as soon as Petr Cech stepped in from Chelsea but at that time, the manager assured him of regular participation in the team and so far, he has not been neglected on that front.

Compared to the number of games second choice shot-stoppers get at other clubs, it would be appropriate to say that Ospina has been fairly treated but it looks as if he wants more just like Oliver Twist which is why he may leave us in January.

Many European clubs are patiently waiting to secure his signing in the next few months. Besiktas, Getafe, Genoa and Palermo are some of the teams who won't hesitate to make a bid as soon as they learn about his availability.

Wojciech Szczesny who is on loan with Italian side, Roma will have to be recalled should this deal become successful.
