As Arsenal prepare to take on Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Wednesday night, Arsene Wenger has revealed the condition of his squad.
We have this update from his press conference and this definitely will not sound nice in the ear of every Gunner.
Hector Bellerin has been totally ruled out and will not play against Pep Guardiola's side at the Allianz Arena. The Frenchman confirmed that the defender has a groin problem which made him stay back in London.
The loss of the young Spaniard will definitely be felt. He has been in top form since making it into the first team. His pace is one of the great gifts he has got and that helped the Gunners secure victory when they hosted the Bavarians some weeks back. He provided the superb run which led to Arsenal's second goal.
Mathieu Debuchy who has been out of first team action for a while is expected to take his place at right-back. How long Bellerin would be out is still unknown but the boss claimed it is just a minor problem.
