Former Star Says Arsenal Goalkeeper is 'a Lunatic' and 'Completely Mad'

Former Juventus goalkeeper Stefano Tacconi has in an interview said something that may make Wojciech Szczesny go crazy at him.

Asked about what he feels about the Arsenal loanee who is currently plying his trade at Roma, Tacconi despite admitting the Pole is a good keeper labelled him 'an uncontrollable lunatic' and 'completely mad'.

A recent incident which happened during a Champions League game against Barcelona called for such description of the Arsenal star.

What happened was that he slapped Luis Suarez in that game, something Tacconi sees as abnormal and a flaw which may eventually lead to his downfall.

‘He’s a good goalkeeper, there’s no doubt about that.

“But he’s an uncontrollable lunatic – he’s completely mad. And for this reason he’s a risk.

“What rating would I give him? 7.5.”

Szczesny has only made five appearances in the Serie A and has been deployed in the Champions League too. He has recorded mixed performances on such occasions, doing extraordinarily well on some and making silly errors on others.
