His pace does not only give him the chance to recover defensively but also gives Arsenal the strength while attacking. He was one of those few youngsters who established themselves in the Premier League last season.
For all his exploits, Bellerin has gotten recognition from his country. He has been named the Young Catalan Player of the Year.
He received his accolade from the Federacio Catalana de Futbol (FCF) on Monday night as a number of stars were recognised for their outstanding performance. Also handed an award on that occasion was Gerard Pique, having won the Champions League back in May.
