Arsenal on the Verge of Wrapping Up First January Transfer as Replacement for Cazorla

It's drawing close to that time of the year when managers aim to keep their teams in the title push by signing one or two players and in the latest news coming to us, Arsene Wenger seems to be the most eager to do so this time.

As per reports from the Telegraph Wenger is plotting a switch for PSG youngster Adrien Rabiot who has been unsettled in France for a while. Despite his quality, the midfielder is still finding it difficult to get regular play as a result of excess resources at the club and for this reason, he is considering a move away from PSG.

The deal is expected to initially be a loan deal which could develop into a permanent one along the line. His recruitment will mean Arsenal will need to worry less about Santi Cazorla who recently went under the knife and is not expected back until around March next year.

PSG are aware that Rabiot has got potentials so they will let him leave to continue in his development with any interested top tier club in Europe which is believed to be Arsenal. The player has even handed in a transfer request already.
