Arsenal Star Wins PFA Award for November

Arsenal have again been well represented as one of their stars bagged the honour as the Professional Football Association Player of the Month for November. Wondering who this lucky person is? Read on to find out.

Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has been named the PFA Fans Player of the Month for November. He beat Manchester United defender Chris Smalling and Leicester City's Jamie Vardy to end up on top at the end of the official poll.

The former Real Madrid man secured an additional three assists last month to take his total for the season to twelve in just thirteen appearances. He is the highest in the league at the moment. He was also on target when Arsenal drew against Norwich City in their last game of November.

He has started well in December by getting an assist to his name in the Gunners' 3-1 win over Sunderland at the Emirates Stadium last Saturday and could again be in contention for this month's award if he continues this way. Congratulations to the German international, Mesut Ozil aka the Assist King.
