Arsenal Superstar Jets Back to London. Hints at Man City Return

If you have closely followed this superstar over the years, then you will know it is almost impossible for him to remain sidelined for a very long time. Read again! I said 'almost impossible'.

Alexis Sanchez got a problem with his hamstring while Arsenal were playing against Norwich City two weeks back and after some scans, we got news saying he will be out for at least four weeks. Another report even surfaced and from that update, we were made to believe that he will be out till next year.

Well, it looks like none of the speculations is not going to happen afterall. Arsene Wenger earlier confirmed it and now, the Chilean forward has given the Arsenal camp a greater hope.

Wenger stated on Friday at his pre-Aston Villa press conference that Alexis will return from his break in Chile on Sunday and resume training on Monday while also giving him little chances of facing Manchester City next week.

“He is back on Sunday, he trains on Monday morning at 9.30 a.m", said the Arsenal boss.

"He is running already. I sent him back to Chile, where he has been running with the physio of the national team, and we will see what kind of state he is in next week. He may be a bit short for City, certainly, but with Alexis you never know.”

Last night, [Saturday] Sanchez took to his official Instagram profile to reveal that he has finally arrived London and is set for football action.

“I want to thank those people who looked after me during my stay in Chile. Props to the Physiotherapists. Thank you. Hope to do what I like."

This is a very big boost for Arsenal. At least they are getting their injured stars back. Ramsey is back, Theo back and more soon to follow.
