Arsenal midfielder and assist maestro, Mesut Ozil has revealed he is now settled at his present club and says he wants to remain for a longer period.
Ozil, when he first made a switch from the Santiago Berbabeu to North-London was heavily criticized by many who thought he was performing below his value and for this reason, a lot of pressure was on him.
The German international is now blazing with a series of top class displays which have altogether made him the player with the highest number of assists in the league.
Speaking during an interview, the 27-year-old said that he is satisfied with life at the Emirates Stadium. He loves the friendly atmosphere.
“My contract runs until 2018, that is for another two and a half years,” he said.
“There is no need to hurry. There are no talks at the moment but I can only say that I am very happy in London and that my decision to come here from Real Madrid was the right one.
“There is not a single day, apart from when I was injured, that I have not felt great at Arsenal.”
