Arsenal are on cause to seal a deal for Domingos Quina of Chelsea in the next few days, according to The Telegraph.
The teenager has been on the books of several European clubs but it seems the North-London side will emerge the favoured party as they look to bring in the player from their rivals. It was even reported by the Daily Mail that an agreement will be sealed in the next forty-eight hours.
Domingos is not yet eligible to sign any professional deal as he is still below the age of seventeen. However, it is believed he will start up with the Arsenal U21 side before getting an improved contract anytime from November when he clocks 17.
The Portuguese U17 player who arrived Chelsea from Benfica is now willing to depart in the summer and if he ends up at Arsenal, he surely will develop into a better midfielder as we all know Arsenal to be so reliable when it comes to the development of footballers.
