INJURY NEWS: Three Arsenal Stars Nearing Return From the Sideline

Ahead of his side's weekend clash with Everton, Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger has dished out injury updates. He revealed the fitness status of Petr Cech, Aaron Ramsey, Santi Cazorla, Mathieu Flamini and Jack Wilshere while also giving possible return dates.

Mathieu Flamini who sustained a hamstring injury against Barcelona in the Champions League has been ruled out of Saturday's trip to Goodison Park. The French midfielder will be replaced by Calum Chambers.

Other players who featured on Wednesday night only had knocks and as such should be available by the time Arsenal face Roberto Martinez's side.

Jack Wilshere and Santi Cazorla are on their way to total recovery even though the latter's progress is coming slow. These two are not expected to return alongside Ramsey, Cech and Flamini immediately after the international break.

Injuries haven't really had great negative effect on Arsenal this season but despite that, we are still struggling in third place. The season is drawing to its close and now we are striving for the usual stuff - fourth place.
