According to the Daily Mirror, Bild has revealed that Arsenal are interested in signing Borussia Dortmund play maker, Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
The Armenian whose current contract with the German club expires in 2017 will become a free agent if he remains at the club till the end of the coming season.
The fact that Mkhitaryan has rejected a contract renewal offer from Dortmund is an indication that he wants to depart and since a number of top European clubs want him, Dortmund may have no choice than listen to offers as they will be the ones to lose at the end of the day should they decide to keep him till the end of his deal.
The 27-year-old midfielder arrived Dortmund from Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk in the year 2013.
