There is no doubt that the closing of the summer transfer window for the 2016/17 season is very close and a lot of football fans especially Arsenal fans are expecting to see new faces at the club.
A couple of players which include Lucas Perez and Shkodran Mustafi have apparently been linked with moves to Arsenal Football Club and reports making rounds on the Internet suggest that they have finally passed their medicals at the London club and are expected to be officially announced by the club soon.
Arsene Wenger has said a lot in respect to the transfer of these two talented players and he believes that they would be fit for Arsenal's style of play irrespective of their current leagues.
While the transfer of Mustafi still seems unsettled, it is believed that Arsenal paid a whooping £17.1m which happens to be Perez's current release clause and he is expected to earn £70,000 every week at the London club.
Perez netted 17 La Liga goals in the 2015/16 campaign and Wenger seems to like the unique qualities of the speedy and versatile forward. It is also believed that Lucas Perez would be given the number 9 jersey which has been vacant for a while now.
