It's quite unfortunate that Arsenal won't be able to utilise one of their regular first team players as they prepare to meet Southampton this weekend.
The Gunners will welcome the Saints to the Emirates Stadium this weekend and will want all maximum points following a 3-1 win over Watford two weeks ago. Arsenal had a poor start this season and this saw them defeated at home by Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium earlier this season. A draw was also recorded when the Gunners travelled to Leicester for their second Premier League match.
The Arsenal team won't take chances at all as they hope to seal a win over Southampton at the Emirates Stadium this weekend. This is achievable but unfortunately, Aaron Ramsey who is one of Arsenal's regular first team players will be sidelined for the game as a result of a hamstring injury which was sustained about a month ago. The injury might also see him out of the Arsenal team during the Champions League game against Paris Saint Germain next week.
Arsenal might also have to do without a couple of players like Per Mertesacker, Gabriel Paulista and Danny Welbeck who also sustained injuries before the start of the 2016/17 season.
