Alexis Sanchez Set to Return

It looks like we have some good news here concerning the Alexis Sanchez injury stuff but in my view, it could be bad news as well.

The injury which the Arsenal forward sustained in training with the Chilean national side was said to be posing a threat to his involvement in games against Colombia, Uruguay and probably Manchester United but latest reports believed to be from the FA of his nation have stated that he will be available to play on Tuesday.

Many Arsenal blogs have tagged this 'good news' because they feel that if he plays against Uruguay, then he will be fit to play for us by the time we face Jose Mourinho's side after the break. I am afraid and I'll tell you why.

It is a known fact that Alexis is a very influential figure in the Chilean national team and his absence may mean that they will have to struggle to get the needed result which is why they are doing all they can do rush him back to recovery. What if this is done and the injury ends up getting worse? I guess you now see why I said that this might be bad news afterall.

Arsenal will be missing him for a longer period of time if anything silly happens in the process of letting him feature so soon.

If Arsene Wenger has his way, I am sure he wouldn't endorse his involvement in any of the two qualifier games. All the same, we can only hope for positives.
