It has been confirmed by the representatives of Julian Draxler that he is considering a move to either Arsenal or Paris Saint Germain.
The German international has been the subject of a possible Arsenal transfer for many years before he finally headed to Wolfsburg in 2015.
Wenger is no doubt a big admirer of the 23-year-old and this may just be an opportunity for him to get his long-awaited treasure.
Draxler has not had a nice time at the club in recent times being that he has fallen off the ranks. This has caused him to demand a transfer request and it is understood that he has been granted the freedom to join a club of his choice in January.
Reports which surfaced earlier this week claimed that he is on his way to PSG but his agent has debunked that claim saying he has not yet made a final decision.
“Nothing is done, Julian is hesitating between PSG and Arsenal. For the moment, he is thinking.
“A decision will be made in the coming days. One thing is certain, he has played his last match for Wolfsburg.”
Arsenal will have to cough out a fee of £34 million if they are to secure his services by the time the winter transfer window opens next month.
