If there was anything which gave Arsenal fans some relief after our loss to Manchester City on Sunday, it was the commitment and zeal of Alexis Sanchez.

The Chilean international's efforts has earned him a total of 14 goals and 12 assists in all competitions so far this season and this has gone a long way in helping the team.

The forward who is still in contract negotiations have come out to give us a little bit of his London experience since joining Arsenal.

He says he loves the city but is not happy with the fact that one has to undergo a lot of stress as a result of the city's large crowds.

The two-time Copa America winner said: “I do explore the city if I have the time for it but normally I would rather stay relaxed at home.

“London can be a stressful place because it’s crowded and it’s a big city.

“Our routines as footballers can be energy-consuming too.

“You play one game after another, meet new people every day and travel a lot.

“That is why I try to disconnect and relax as soon as I get some time off.”
