Arsene Wenger dished out positive injury updates when he faced the press ahead of Arsenal's Boxing Day fixture.

The Gunners will go into the West Bromwich Albion game with injuries to some of their key players, majority of who are expected to return after the festivities.

At his press conference today, the boss revealed that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is the only one who will be missing out of all the stars who featured for us at the Etihad.

The English international injured his hamstring after coming on as a substitute against Man City. He was unable to survive till the end and as such had to be taken off.

He has been ruled out of our Boxing Day fixture but has a high chance of making a comeback in the next few days.

Another good news is that Aaron Ramsey and Danny Welbeck will be back in full training today. It is still unknown whether the former will make the game but the latter is out for sure.

Shkodran Mustafi who got injured in our 3-1 win over Stoke City is sidelined till January.

The timely return of some of our star players at a very crucial time in the campaign will be a great boost for us. At least, we will have a lot of options at our disposal as we approach the ever-hectic second half of the season.
