A number of Arsenal stars have taken to Twitter to comment after returning to winning ways in their Boxing Day encounter.

The Gunners beat West Bromwich Albion 1-0 in a game in which they struggled to break down the visitor's concrete defence.

All attempts to grab goals hit the rock not until the 87th minute when Olivier Giroud sent in a stunning header from a Mesut Ozil pass.

Three points were claimed and everyone got happy with the outcome of the game. As fans expressed delight, so did th e players also.

Arsenal still remain in fourth place, nine points behind Chelsea. They'll be hoping to get maximum points from their coming games while waiting for the Blues to drop points.
