Arsenal will host West Bromwich Albion on Boxing Day and as we await the clash, the first team players are making preparations to get a good result from it.

The boys were at London Colney on Friday morning as they went through a hectic training session in order to keep fit for the massive game on Monday.

I called it massive not because it is going to be against a very big side but for the fact that it is a much needed game.

Arsenal have lost their last two Premier League games which now places them nine points behind Chelsea and will try as much as possible to bounce back when Tony Pulis' men come visiting.
