The group stage of the 2016/17 Champions League has been done and dusted and all we are awaiting right now is the draw which will reveal who the teams who progressed will face in the last 16.
Arsenal finished first which means they will have to face any of the teams who finished in second spot.
However, we cannot get Manchester City. They ended up being runner-ups but since they are an English team, we cannot face them so soon. We cannot also get someone in our group and that throws Paris Saint Germain out of our path.
Teams we are likely to get are Benfica, Bayern Munich, Bayern Leverkusen, Real Madrid, Porto, Sevilla.
The Champions League draw for the first knockout stage of the competition will take place on Monday, 12 December, 2016.
