Amid failed contract talks with Arsenal representatives, Alexis sanchez has admitted that he is happy and comfortable at the club.
The Chilean international's current contract expires in 2018 and the club are still in negotiations to make him stay beyond that time by offering him a contract extension offer.
Financial terms have caused a stall in the process as Arsenal are reluctant to meet his £250,000-a-week wage demand.
This has sprung up massive rumours in the media that the 28-year-old is considering a move away from the Emirates Stadium.
Alexis has debunked such speculations while also revealing that he is willing to help the team win laurels.
“I definitely feel like an important player and my team- mates let me know every day", the forward told the press.
“I try to prove that I am an important player every day and game after game. I believe we have the players and the quality to win many things.
“I feel really happy and comfortable at the club.
“I want to give the fans a new title. We always get our fans’ support in the thin and the thick, which is great. We must win the Premier League or the Champions League for them.”
