Arsene Wenger has been hit with a four-game touchline ban for improper conduct in the match against Burnley last Sunday.
The Arsenal manager got this sanction from the FA following his use of abusive language in the 92nd minute of the encounter.
Wenger reacted to a penalty call in favour of the visitors, prompting his sending off by referee Jonathan Moss.
The 67-year-old partially obeyed by leaving the touchline to stand at the entrance to the tunnel to enable him catch a glimpse of happenings on the pitch.
He was then asked by fourth official Anthony Taylor to obey instructions after which he pushed and called him ‘f**cking cheat’.
Wenger’s actions have now earned him a bans which will stretch through the Gunners’ next four domestic games which begins in the FA Cup fourth round tie against Southampton.
