Despite being his first start in the Premier League for Arsenal since September, Lucas Perez did not still fail to gain the fans' applaud.
The fact that he even coordinated affairs so well in his first game against a Sam Allardyce side made his outing a more remarkable one.
The Spanish international was deployed on the right which isn't his favourite position. However, that didn't stop him from doing wonders as he linked up perfectly with Hector Bellerin.
He also helped in retrieving the ball in the buildup to Olivier Giroud's scorpion flick goal. His efforts in the game before being taken off in the 72 minute didn't go unnoticed by fans who took to Twitter to heap praise on him.
