It was a day of mixed feelings for Arsenal supporters all around the world when their side entertained Burnley at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
After having to watch a boring first half, their hearts still got broken shortly after they got the opener in the second half.
For the second time this season, Granit Xhaka got sent off for a two-footed challenge on Defour in the 65th minute.
Hopes were still not totally dashed until the 92nd minute when the visitors won a penalty to get on level terms.
At this stage, many thought it was all over. I had a double mind though. Did I forget to say that Wenger also got sent off, Lol. What a drama it was!
The God of Soccer had compassion over us and gave us our own penalty which Alexis Sanchez converted in the Panenka style right at the end of stoppage time. He is now the league's highest goal scorer.
As expected, fans stormed Twitter to react to the hard earned victory. Below are a few of them.
