Arsene Wenger says Arsenal will not win every game even if he finally calls ot quit with the North-London side.

The Gunners suffered a 5-1 humiliation in the hands on Bayern Munich when both sides locked horns in the Champions League last 16 on Wednesday night.

That disheartening result and some others in the past made several fans fed up thus making them call for his exit from the club.

At his press conference ahead of Arsenal's trip to Sutton on Monday night, Wenger made it known that the club's problems on the pitch isn't linked to him being manager.

Theere is this general notion that Arsenal will only win laurels when Wenger seizes to be the coach at the club but the Frenchman doesn't feel this is true.

Asked by the BBC's David Ornstein if his exit will go a long way in helping the club out of their crisis, he responded: "We have to focus on the real problems and they are the way we play football, not my future.

"It is always important not to look for wrong excuses in life. Even if I go, Arsenal will not win every single game in the future.

"It is not like before I arrived Arsenal had won five times in the European Cup. I think what is important is that the club makes the right decision for the future. I care about this club and its future and it is very important the club is in safe hands."
