The Gunners secured a spot in the penultimate round of the competition following an emphatic 5-0 win over non-league side Lincoln City.
Goals from Theo Walcott, Olivier Giroud, Alexis Sanchez, Aaron Ramsey as well as an own goal from Waterfall helped Arsene Wenger's men earn a trip to Wembley.
They will now lock horns with the Citizens as they hope to lay their hands on that trophy which they've won twice in the last three years.
The Gunners' opponent was revealed during a draw that held after the final quarter-final game which was between Chelsea and Manchester United on Monday night.
Elsewhere at the same stage, it will be an all-London affair between Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.
