Two Arsenal matches have been postponed to strike a balance in fixture arrangement as a result of their advancement in the Europa League.
It was mentioned here some weeks back that should we make it past the quarter-finals of the competition, an amendment will have to be made to our Premier League schedule.
With our 3-0 aggregate win over Napoli, we are now in the semi-finals where we will play Valencia on May 2nd and 9th respectively.
For this reason, the Leicester game which was originally slated for Monday, April 29th, three days to our first-leg encounter at home, has been fixed for Sunday, April 28.
Similarly, our encounter with Brighton & Hove Albion that was initially to hold two days after our first tie with Valencia, has been moved by one more day and will be on Sunday, May 5.
Leicester City v Arsenal
Sunday, April 28 (originally Monday, April 29)
Kick off: 12.00pmÂ
Arsenal v Brighton & Hove Albion
Sunday, May 5 (originally Saturday, May 4)
Kick-off: 4.30pm
