Arsenal to Add Five Youth Players to Squad as Summer Departures Loom


Arsenal are said to be looking to bring in a few faces into the senior team as they prepare to clear out some dead woods.

Apart from Aaron Ramsey and Danny Welbeck whose departures are sure, there are others who will definitely be sent packing and even though one or two signings will be made when the summer transfer window opens, the Gunners want to give promotion to some of their youth players.

The Daily Telegraph understands that Calum Chambers's impressive display on loan at Fulham has earned him attention from Unai Emery who sees him as a part of his plans.

Reiss Nelson, as well as Emile Smith Rowe, both on loan in Germany, Bukayo Saka and Xavier Amaechi are also in contention for a place in the squad.
