Wilfried Zaha is one of the players that have been linked with a move to Arsenal in the past but never made a switch.
With reported fresh interest in the forward, this could well be the Gunners' turn to have a share of the talent of the skilled man.
Zaha has informed Crystal Palace that he will be leaving Selhurst Park for another destination, thereby giving a green light to interested parties.
Arsenal and Manchester United where he struggled to break into the team are few of the sides that want his services and going by a statement he made earlier, he will be willing to seal a deal to the Emirates if they come knocking.
Prior to his transfer to Old Trafford, the Ivory Coast international admitted his love for the North London side who he initially thought would have snatched him up.
''It was always Arsenal, Arsenal, Arsenal, Arsenal in terms of where I could be going," he told The Sun.
“I have always supported Arsenal. I did not expect United to come in but they did.
"Arsenal are a good team but United are one of the best in the world.''
