Arsenal: 24-Year-Old to Go Elsewhere Despite High Wage Offer

Jordan Joan Snubs Arsenal for Sevilla

Things aren't really going well for Arsenal in the summer transfer window. Of the top sides in the English Premier League, they are the ones who need reinforcement the most but so far, nothing concrete has been heard.

After series of updates reporting unsuccessful negotiations, another negative one has come in as one of their targets has snubbed them.

Joan Jordan will be completing a move to Sevilla, so says Marca, a reputable Spanish tabloid.

The 24-year-old was reportedly handed a nice wage by the Gunners in their desperation to snap him up but the midfielder has decided to look away.

He prefers to remain in Spain even if that will mean a lesser pay. We were made to understand that Jordan gave a prior statement of his desire to ply his trade at Sevilla.

If not for his choice, jos £13million price tag would not have posed a problem for the North Londoners even with their low budget.

The end is drawing near, so Unai Emery and his crew need to tighten up their belts and for what is required before the start of the 2019/20 footballing season. Fans look forward to an official announcement. They are fed up with all these speculations.
