Harry Redknapp has revealed that the root of Arsene Wenger's problems is his unwillingness to listen to others.

The Frenchman was at a time praised for single-handedly turning things around at the club shortly after his arrival in 1996.

He has however gone under fire for his 'I know all' attitude which many feel is the reason why he isn't getting the needed results.

We know him to be someone who cares less about other people's opinion and this is what Redknapp stated as a major drawback.

“What bothers me a bit with Arsene a little bit, I think he is a complete one-man band,” the ex-Spurs boss said on BBC Radio 5 Live.

“I don’t see him looking to anybody for help or advice or another opinion. I see him sitting on the touchline and I never see Steve Bould get up, I never see him get on the touchline showing that enthusiasm if things are not going well, pushing the back four up, doing whatever, talking to somebody.

“He sits there Steve Bould and it really doesn’t look like there great deal of dialogue going on between them.

“Maybe when you get to that age, I think you need one or two younger guys around you that have great enthusiasm as well and bounce some opinions off of people and get some ideas.

“I don’t know whether he gets that or wants that help. It looks to me that nobody has any input into Arsenal except Arsene.”
